• What you are interested in (for example a tour or buying) and any message you write
• Whether you are a parent of a Texas A&M student, an investor, a future resident, a realtor or broker, or other (optional, contact page only)
• Your confirmation that you agree to be contacted about The Urban

Like most websites, standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited) may be retained for security and site-improvement purposes.

How we use it

We use the details you send solely to respond to your inquiry and to schedule tours. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to our team by our form-processing provider, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which receives the details you enter in order to email them to us. The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page loads. Each provider handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You never have to submit a form to browse this site. To ask us to delete information you have submitted, call or text us at (979) 777-7135.
